Jim Davis

Jim Davis

CEO

Jim Davis fell in love with West Grand Rapids as a volunteer at Sibley Elementary School and a student in Leadership Grand Rapids. As a West Side resident and advocate, Jim has spent the past few years learning about, and serving, the local business and non-profit communities of West-Michigan.

He started his career as an educator and musician and now serves as a pastor at Keystone Community Church where his growing passion for families and community has manifested in Purpose Properties. Jim wants to leverage the amazing heart of Grand Rapids to provide affordable housing to families in need. You can see Jim, his wife Kymberlie, and their three children at many of the local events and fundraisers in Grand Rapids as they try to live out their love for neighbors in partnership with so many amazing organizations.

Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson

CFO

Doug is an avid volunteer and supporter at Keystone Community Church where he’s able to give his resources to many community-wide efforts in Grand Rapids. A native of Florida, Doug made his way to Grand Rapids via Cincinnati 10 years ago and has witnessed the many changes in West Michigan. His Bachelor’s in Finance, passion for helping families and love of real estate came together perfectly when forming Purpose Properties.

In Doug’s spare time, you’ll find him cooking in the kitchen, on the golf course or working around the house. His wife Lori, son Carter and 2 golden retrievers all approve of his menu choices.
