We’re a certified nonprofit property management company dedicated to providing clean, safe, stable homes in Westside neighborhoods.

Our homes will be in the Westside neighborhoods providing the most opportunities for challenge scholar families. We not only believe in the amazing momentum of the Westside, we want our families to be able to stay on the Westside and get the most out of the opportunities available to them. Our active membership in the Westside Collaborative also means that our tenants and community members gain immediate attention and access to a wide variety of services and expertise.
